Terms of Service.

QuantForged indicators are licensed, not sold. When you purchase an indicator or the Founder’s Bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on trading platforms you own or operate.

The license is perpetual but revocable in cases of breach (see Section 03). Licenses are tied to a single user; reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing QuantForged code is not permitted.

Founder pricing applies to the first 500 Founder’s Bundle purchases before launch on June 1, 2026. Each tier is limited to 100 purchases; once a tier fills, the next tier’s price applies to new purchases.

Founder pricing is locked for the life of your license — future platform ports, indicator additions, and updates are included at no additional cost, provided your license remains in good standing.

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute QuantForged source code or binaries. You agree not to share your license or distribute indicator files to non-licensees.

Licenses may be revoked without refund for material breach of these terms, including but not limited to piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or abuse of the Discord community.

QuantForged indicators are tools. They do not provide trading advice, signals, or guarantees of profitability. Trading financial instruments involves risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results.

Indicators are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about suitability for your specific trading strategy or market conditions. See the Disclaimer for full detail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantForged is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the indicators. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Discord and email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuantForged is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permissible.
